I am blown away with the high level of service and customer care!! We had our system repaired by vital Airconditioning and the work cared out was great however 8 month later the system stopped working again I was very disappointed. I called vital Airconditioning voicing my frustration , the office staff at vital air handled the matter very well and got a technician out the next day it turned out the main power supply was tripped due to a power interruption from the energy company .
